Kimberley Condos
Now this is where the vacationer who is prepared to take care of themselves can really do well. For such a small resort Kimberley Alpine Resort appears to have one of the largest building commitments of any ski resort in Canada. There are literally condominiums and town homes being built just about everywhere and the rental prices are extremely competitive ranging from as little as $100 per night for a smaller older condo to $800 a night for one of the newer ones. Be warned though that the sleeping arrangements and numbers quoted for each accommodation may be somewhat cramped. I have seen adverts for condos that say they will sleep between 8 and 14 persons that have only two bedrooms and two bathrooms! They have pull out beds and bunk beds not real bedrooms so be careful and check out exactly what you will be getting for your money.
Sullivan Stone newer condos and town homes. Slopeside with all amenities including hot tubs. A 3 bedroom which will sleep 10 rents for around $599.

North Star described as "chalets" these condos are also slope side. Plenty of construction work going on here too. A 2 bedroom here is described as sleeping up to 10 guests and will cost you up to $524 a night.

Copper Springs
again described as "chalets" these are
prefabricated buildings with a lock off "hotel room" and lock off

2 bedroom suites described as 4 bedroom if you include the lock offs they are said to sleep up to 19 guests and could cost you up to $799 a night for the privilege.
Lodges at Kimberley Ridge not really lodges in face they are a block of condo apartments about 5 years old. A 2 bed which is stated as sleeping up to 12 will cost you up to $473 a night Construction is currently taking place directly in front of these units.
Mountain Edge older buildings where a 1 bedroom sleeping 6! will cost you up to $173 pr night
Silver Birch Older town homes a 3 bedroom here described as sleeping up to 10 will cost you up to $324 per night

There are also other developments which we have not yet listed ,our advice would be to pick one halve the number of guests given as a maximum and you should be reasonably comfortable.
All prices are plus taxes
